NAHAS has been commissioned to deliver a distinctive tower of 79 serviced apartments over 18 levels in central Sydney. This tower will be delivered to its end user the OAKS hotels and resorts chain, a public listed company which plans to launch a new series of hotels under its umbrella known as \"IMAGINE\". This project will be the first IMAGINE hotel in Sydney. NAHAS has worked closely with the OAKS group to ensure that the building will achieve its 4 star rating and construction is to commence in November 2010.

Description :
NAHAS is responsible for the design and construct of this mixed use development within Sydney\'s CBD. The project consists of an 18 level building a car stacker housing 36 vehicles ground floor retail space 5 levels of commercial office space and a total of 40 residential apartments above.
The project possesses many challenges via its tight site access and the clients vision of having to deliver the project inside of 62 weeks. However through careful and creative construction methodologies the project team have been able to devise a program to achieve the clients request. The project is anticipated for completion in October 2011.

The project presents many challenges particularly its tight site access and the client\'s need to deliver the project within a 52 week time frame. The project team was able to devise a construction and procurement program to suit the developer\'s requirements. The project is due for completion and will be ready for its end users in January 2011.
