THE AVONDALE is a boutique development comprising of 34 apartments that are split into three compartments over a three level basement car park.
THE AVONDALE utilises extensive innovative environmental methodologies and was completed in August 2009. NAHAS in conjunction with the Glenside Group were committed to Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) and inclusions that reduce the consumption of energy and water helping protect the environment and reduce waste.
Some of the energy and resource saving initiatives at THE AVONDALE are innovative and entirely new to apartment living.

Located within close proximity to Sydney\'s iconic Bondi Beach. This mixed retail and residential development comprises of nine residential apartments and three retail suites. NAHAS commenced construction in January 2009 and handed over the development in mid December.

NAHAS was engaged to deliver these 17 luxury apartments on Sydney\'s North Shore.
This project posed many challenges that included restricted site access exposure to a narrow and busy road along the western site boundary and opposite a popular leagues club with heavy vehicular movements. This project was delivered on time and within budget.

SIENNA is a highly appointed and extremely luxurious SEPP 5 development on the prominent strip of Pittwater.
This development which comprises of six high quality residences is directly on the waterfront and positioned in a way to make the most of the stunning views.
Each one of the premium residences features unique high quality finishings to suit each discerning buyer. NAHAS commenced works in November 2007 and the development was completed in December 2008.

The SORRENTO project in St Ives comprises of
22 fashionable apartments. The quality of the interior selection reflects the strength of the Sydney\'s North Shore. Over five levels and a total of seven penthouses this boutique development includes a private lap pool roof top Jacuzzis dedicated gymnasium and private sauna facilities with complimentary landscaping. Work commenced on site in February 2007 and NAHAS has executed this project facilitating all objectives on time and within budget.

The building offers both pleasing aesthetics and functionality all within a very economical budget. NAHAS delivered this cost effective project to its occupiers in July 2009.

The design & construction of this eight level tower consists of 39 apartments located only a short stroll away from the Westfields shopping centre.
The aesthetics of the building are quite striking throughout its contemporary facade treatments combining both paint and face brickwork an outdoor pool and private landscaping. NAHAS commenced construction in October 2007 and the development was completed in December 2008.

The project is spread over 3 buildings and is located only a short walk to the very cosmopolitan cafe centre of Haberfield. NAHAS constructed this project inside 11 months and completed it in April 2009.
